Then why aren't most short guys in shape? It is extremely easy for shorter guys to pack on the weight. I tend to believe that shorter guys can put on more visible muscle. But when you're talking about getting in this level of condition, it's mostly diet. I'm 6'1" and have dated my fair share of shorter men, and there is simply no way that a 5'7" guy has ever been able consume the same calories that I do.
