Have you tried a Chrome extension like vGet, Video Downloader Professional, or Flash Video Downloader? Usually one of those three works for me. although sometimes there are more complicated video players (i think JW is one of them) that makes it harder to yoink vids b/c they use a different retrieval protocol.
