He was one in an endless conga line of guys who come to NYC and think they're going to become models and don't.

In his harrowing tale, he tells a indisputable lie - that there was nowhere he could change his clothes, thus forcing him to get naked in front of Rick and his "Australian" (who's, in fact, Belgian) assistant. Rick lives in a one-bedroom apartment. Kai "Who The Fuck Is Kai Braden" Braden could have changed in the bathroom or the bedroom. Why is he lying about this? Because it doesn't fit the narrative he's created about Rick overpowering him and sexually assaulting him.

Rick Day, for those who have never seen him in person, is about 5'8' and weighs about 150lbs soaking wet. It's the equivalent of a Frenchie trying to mount a German Shepard. I'm not saying that someone of Rick's size couldn't be physically aggressive but rather that it would take some major gymnastics to pull it off.

Then we have the loathsome Zakar Twins. You know them, the ones who are currently hawking a book to anyone who will listen. By their own admission, Rick's apartment was Grand Central Station when they arrived and we're suppose to believe that Rick took them onto a public roof where anyone who lived in the building could appear without warning and immediately assaulted them. After having his way with the first one, Rick blithely deposited the first lad in his apartment that's crawling with people and brought the next one onto the roof and repeated this.

With all that said, did something happen? Maybe SOMETHING did but is it what has been described by the guys? Highly unlikely. Often the truth lies in the middle unless one person is a pathological liar.

Don't forget, we're suppose to judge testimony based upon the credibility of the witness. With that in mind, let's review.....

Barrett "Baby Wipes" Pall is an attention whore with a propensity to call attention to himself. Furthermore, he returned repeatedly and shot with Rick.

Kai "Who The Fuck Is Kai Braden" Braden lies about a material fact that goes to basis of his story, that he was trapped.

The loathsome Zakar Twins create a narrative that doesn't square with the location or the personal traffic going through the apartment.

If I were sitting on a jury, I couldn't convict based upon their testimony.

I don't know what happened, you don't know what happened, and we'll never know what happened. However, what I DO know is that the world is filled with many people who will lie about things to promote themselves even if it destroys someone else in the process. This is why we have to be very careful with the whole MeToo movement. There are lots of predators who have been rightfully exposed but it also creates an environment that can be exploited by attention whore and pathological liars.

It is critical that we judge each accusation bases upon who, what, when, where, and how. If each of these components aren't credibly supported then we need to discount the accusation.

Most of us have either had or known someone else's crazy ex and we've seen first hand how some people will lie about the most outrageous things just to get revenge or because they're simply crazy fucks.

Rick Day has shot literally thousands of guys. If these guys are all that can be mustered against him then I'm not convinced. Not because I'm an apologist for him but rather the whole thing smells.
