You misunderstood. I posted that directly from Digimarc's website FAQ to prove that their protection is anything but absolute. There are always ways to circumvent such measures. They also acknowledge they can only monitor the open web so if someone were to upload the pic and mark it private, then only share the link to the photo that would also render their protection useless.

In the end, I'm sure someone who had to pay to see the pics just doesn't want to give it away for free :(

I'm not implying, I'm straight up saying I've seen them. I saw both on snapchat in November when a 'friend' shared them with me. I've also seen Chris Mears stuff - prepared to be very disappointed, Jack Laughers snapchat pics - prepared not to be disappointed, Max George and Calum Best - zippy file shared on LPSG. I haven't saved any of the videos as I view everything on an iPhone, and to be quite honest not a single one of these celeb videos/pictures- except Jack and Max - are worth the ridiculous amount of attention they are receiving.
