What you'll be doing is putting semi-lightweight on the bar with one exercise band on each side attached to the top of the rack.
This will make the weight lighter at the bottom and gain as you lift easing away back pain and helping your lower back strength up. The stronger your lower back is the more the pain will be relieved until you're fully recovered.
