This is Peter Donald, there was a thread here for him a while ago, I've linked it (you should just be able to click the 'Anonymous'). His tumblr was peterdonald and he posted quite a few dick pics, but he deleted it about a year ago and as far as I know has not posted anything anywhere since. If you search on Google for 'peterdonald' you'll still find his posts, tho.

For fun, I've attached a picture of him that I have saved that wasn't in the original post, either.

actually, much of that may not be correct. ive been working on getting the full story for a long time. There are many more photos. As soon as i'm sure, and Im close, you'll all be the first to know.
